By downloading, installing, or using Giddy Up, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

Giddy Up is a mobile application that lets you compete with others based on daily step counts. We provide the platform for tracking and comparing steps in friendly competitions.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person.

Fair Play

Step counts must come from actual physical activity. Artificially inflating step counts through device manipulation or third-party tools is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Giddy Up to harass, abuse, or harm other users. Display names must be appropriate. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Availability

We strive to keep Giddy Up available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Giddy Up is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Giddy Up is not a medical or health advisory tool.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Giddy Up after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
